Tisha is a co-founder and principal of Elizabeth Property Group (“EPG”). Tisha Vaidya previously served as Director of Acquisitions, Development, and Capital Markets at Presidium, where she was responsible for the DFW development pipeline and sourcing the full capital stack for all development deals. She launched her career at Starwood Capital focusing on multifamily and hospitality and then joined Vornado Realty Trust’s Acquisitions & Capital Markets group where she focused on office and retail acquisitions in New York City, Washington D.C. and San Francisco. In her career, Tisha has executed on acquisitions, financings, and dispositions in excess of $3.5 billion in value. Tisha holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA from Emory University with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. Tisha is also an alum of the prestigious Leadership Dallas Class of 2019 (BCE!), Dallas Regional Chamber’s flagship leadership development program aimed at providing the city with an ongoing source of diverse leaders who are prepared and committed to serve as catalysts and sustainers of positive change for the quality of life in the greater Dallas area. moira concannon, cfa

Moira is a co-founder and principal of Elizabeth Property Group (“EPG”). Moira previously served as Vice President at Drake Real Estate Partners in New York, a value-add real estate private equity fund, where she was responsible for sourcing and overseeing middle market real estate investments across different asset classes nationally. Prior to Drake, Moira was an Associate Vice President at CIM Group in Los Angeles and New York, where she executed on acquisitions, financings, and dispositions in excess of $1 billion in value. Earlier in her career, Moira was an analyst at Pacific Alternative Asset Management Company (PAAMCO) where she advised public pensions and institutions on hedge fund allocations. Moira holds the CFA and CAIA designations. Moira holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from University of Virginia. Moira is based in New York, New York.

chris upton

Chris is primarily focused on the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of transactions. Chris previously served as Investment Associate at Presidium, a market rate multifamily developer in Austin, TX, where he was responsible for the acquisitions and development pipeline throughout the sunbelt region. He began his career at Casoro Group, a Texas based multifamily operator, focusing on value-add multifamily acquisitions throughout the major Texas markets. Chris has executed on acquisitions, refinancing and dispositions in excess of $370M in value. Chris has a Bachelors of Arts in Economics degree from The University of Texas with a focus in Real Estate. Chris is based in Austin, TX.

VIRGINIA KENNEDY

Virginia is the Vice President of Operations at EPG, with over 15 years of experience in property management operations, asset management, and portfolio strategy. She is responsible for executing asset-level business plans, overseeing third-party management teams, directing capital projects, optimizing property performance, and providing consistent, detailed reporting across the portfolio. Prior to joining EPG, Virginia held leadership roles in owner-operator and third-party management organizations, most recently serving as Asset Manager, where she oversaw a portfolio of student housing assets. Her leadership and operational insight support the effective execution of EPG’s investment strategy and overall portfolio goals. Virginia is based in Dallas, TX.

SABINE GOODRICH

Sabine is VP of Asset Management and brings more than 26 years of experience in real estate management, spanning affordable housing, conventional multifamily, student housing, and commercial retail. She has overseen diverse portfolios across Texas and surrounding markets, partnering with owners, investors, and third-party management teams to align daily operations with long-term asset goals. Originally from Germany and raised in New England, Sabine studied at the University of Massachusetts and has called Texas home for over 20 years. Known for her collaborative, hands-on leadership style, she focuses on consistent performance, strong team development, and a genuine commitment to resident and tenant experiences. Her expertise ranges from LIHTC compliance and student lease-ups to retail tenant coordination and value-add repositioning. She is passionate about building strong communities, supporting high-performing teams, and driving long-term success across every property she oversees. Sabine is based in Dallas, TX.
